Vintage Design
Napoleon III Lady Office In Boi Blaci, buffer varnish, bronze ornamented and consisting of two elements.
The bottom element is composed of a spraying up with inner part an amaranth tab cup frame, rosewood, a lemon and tinted wood net. We find two brass hinges chopped for opening.
In the interior, this furniture has a current red leather consisting of cold thumbnails, gold thumbnails and golden corner patterns. The top rests, for its stability, on a belt drawer with a beautiful bronze entrance wrapped. The lock and the key are of origin and in perfect working order.
This small office has refined lines. The sides are slightly convex backwards. It rests on four lacquered lacquered feet, then with a bronze circle, continuing with grooves with brass asparagus. Banded at the spacer level, the feet end with a turning in top. We note that we have two rear feet more apart than those of the front which gives beauty and elegance to the whole. From the bottom, a spacer connects all the feet with in the center a rectangle with a godron bronze and a pineapple, in bronze too, in the center.
The upper element is composed of two drawers whose sides and bottom are mahogany. They open with chopped bronze button. We find a top tray whose song is garnished with a shaped bronze molding, completed with two bronze columns supporting another plateau behind with the same bronze mold on the song.
Two small bronze spindle finish the top of these columns. The backscast of the rear panel is in a gendarme hat with underneath a large godron bronze molding.
On the upper part we find a beautiful bronze consisting of a ribbon, a garland of flowers and foliage on each side.
This lady’s office in Gradin Napoleon III is of great originality and has a quality of the exceptional matter.
