Vintage Design
Designed by Jeffrey Bernett for B&B Italia in 2003, the Metropolitan ME100/1 armchair is a larger version of the original Metropolitan chair. Upholstered in the original light green fabric, the armchair features a seat that flows uninterruptedly into angular arm rests, with a matching seat cushion headrest and lumbar cushion for added comfort. The slim tubular steel frame sits on a bright brushed aluminium base with four spokes, allowing the seats to swivel 360 degrees. Combining sleek modern design and comfortable proportions, this armchair will make the perfect addition to any contemporary living space. High potential magnets are inserted in the headrest cushion, please note these could be dangerous for people with pacemakers.

| Restoration and Damage Details |
Wear consistent with age and use. The chair is in its original fabric, and although in very good condition has faded with time and sun exposure to a lighter colour. This is not visible anywhere, unless the backend head cushion is lifted.
