Precious set formed by a decorative jug and bowl in terracotta ceramics (Lebrillo) enameled in white and green of Spanish fajalauza of the mid -twentieth century, made and hand painted, in this case with its characteristic Flor de Granada drawn.
Fajalauza is a style that has its origins in the 16th century in the Albaicín neighborhood of Granada, known for its mix of Christian and Andalusian cultures, as can be admired in the Palace of the Alhambra that dominates the dawn.
Each of the pieces is unique, since they are made totally by hand and, added to the Mediterranean air, give them an indisputable charm, in addition to captivating.
Its hand -painted designs are usually flowers, birds and plants, mainly the fruit of the Granada, which is the symbol of the city of Granada.
As for its state of conservation, as can be seen in the image made on the peak of the jug, there is an area that was previously attached, although it is barely appreciated with the naked eye and despite this the set maintains all its character and aesthetics .
