Jason Berger (1924-2010) studied under Karl Zerbe (German), at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts of Boston becoming part of the Boston Expressionism school. His work was widely exhibited in museums and galleries. He has works in the permanent collection of the Guggenheim, The Museum of Modern Art, and several Massachusetts museums including the Danforth Museum of Art and Smith College Museum of Art.
