A Queen Anne style bonnet top highboy with swan’s neck split pediment with urn form finials surmounting an upper case with three pinwheel carvings over three fitted drawers, the central drawer featuring a radial fan carving, over four long drawers, over a lower case with one long drawer over three additional fitted drawers, repeating the radial fan carving in the center, over a nicely shaped skirt which continues on each side, all supported by four cabriole legs terminating with pad feet. The piece has patinated batwing hardware and the drawers feature chamfered bottoms. The highboy with impressive height dates to the 20th century and is in very good condition, with minor surface imperfections and light wear commensurate with age and use.
