From the Federal period, a very beautiful American Neoclassical chest of drawers in fine West Indies mahogany with two overhanging small drawers supported by turned and reeded columns above three large drawers, all with round wooden pulls. The sides are paneled and the chest rests on the original turned feet. The handsome wood grains are showcased in the fine design and craftsmanship displayed throughout. Baltimore, Maryland, circa 1835. Comes with working locks and one key. Restored in our workshop with French-polish; drawers operate smoothly.
