Vintage Design
Stainless steel armchair with perforated steel plate. The backrest is decorated with the relief of “Tired” sculpture designed by Kimmo Pyykkö in 1977. The “Sculpture Chair” is based on Yrjö Kukkapuro’s experiment in the 1960s, which Kimmo Pyykkö later casted in as a part of his sculpture “Tired”. The chair is a prototype of the Sculpture chair created in collaboration with Yrjö Kukkapuro and Kimmo Pyykö. The chair was made in 2011. Condition Good, minor wear.
